DIFFERENT ROUTE

At 6.15am  today I tried a different route for a walk.  An overnight shower gave the grasses and spider lily a glow.  But I am kicking myself for losing a photo opportunity. After puffing up a hill - a small hill - I came upon a chap sitting on a low wall reading his paper. He had a bright pink Hawaiian shirt and was sitting next to a vivid blue 'For Sale' sign. He even opened a conversation with' Well done!' But shyness intervened and I didn't ask him to pose for a shot. Maybe he'll be there tomorrow...but probably in a boring white shirt. Oh well...!
