The opposite of Sushi

In London, with Katya and Noemie  - since she came all the way from Montreal, I thought I would take her to London for a week-end - we went for an evening meal in Chinatown. We were intrigued by this restaurant, which seemed a bit similar to Yo-Sushi but we were told that "it was the opposite of Sushi - more like a fondue", you have a broth in front of you to cook the ingredients that you choose. Very tasty!
