Hands up for downs is a charity who are bidding for lottery funding for speech and language therapy for children with Down Syndrome. The voting is going on now throughout the country so pop over to www.thepeoplesproject.org.uk.

This pub in Swansea changes the sign on an almost daily basis and today it was for the promotion of this worthwhile cause. To be honest Im "filling in" for a day when I had nothing to blip, but this is so important that I'm sure I'll forgive myself!
