So today I went on a trip with this chap as he'd set the challenge of completing what he's called "The Fife 7", it's all of the coastal locations listed below.

It was a great trip as we managed to dodge rain most of the day and had pretty much each location to ourselves and the trip was topped off with a fish supper at the famous fish and chip shop at Anstruther.
