Well, well, it's monsoon season in Somerset and today has been one downpour after another. We couldn't even get to the chip shop in Bruton because the road has turned into a river!

Back to work today, I'm still not 100%, but I'm always afraid I'll miss something if I'm off.

I launched the Summer Reading Challenge this afternoon and got 20 takers straight away. No big surprise 19 girls and 1 boy.
