Supporters of the sun

No opportunity during the day for a photo. On the way home I saw an unusual number of feral pigeons on overhead power lines at a street corner. Their flutterings to maintain balance whenever one arrived or left wasn't picked up by still photos. 

Later, I watched the sun fall towards the horizon, and while still well above, the support from crepuscular rays was obvious.
