Commencing Operation Lasagne

I've not used this thing for years, but I was confident my better understanding of bread would help in the making of the pasta dough. Results were pleasing enough, managed to get the sheets down to number 4 which is a bit thicker than I'd like but I wanted to make sure I could handle it well enough to cut out the small discs I'd need for the individual pots.

Watched a 15 year old program about fractals presented by Arthur C. Clarke called 'The Colors of Infinity', with music by Pink Floyd or David Gilmour which was really showing its age. And now I'm about to read 'Statistics for Dummies' before bed. Crazy Friday night!
