The flight back to Lima was a little trying. Firstly we were harassed by the airport porter for tips, I'm sorry, I'm not tipping when you ask for it and all you've done is push my case on a trolley for about 10 feet. Secondly, as we were being served at the check in desks, the computer system all seemed to go. As my details were being entered at the time it went down the check in agent couldn't process my details at all and the rest of our tour were all checked in successfully with only two of us without printed luggage tags. A hastily stapled manual tag was applied and I lost all hope of seeing my case again but we made our flight in time. Fortunately our bags did find their way onto the correct flight.

It wasn't until I got back to the UK that I realised I'd only taken four photos today. Two of them of the parasailers in Lima that were flying overhead as we sat in a restaurant on the cliffs above the sea and the other two of the dessert that I'd had that afternoon. Of the two subjects, it was the latter that was the most interesting, coffee ice cream with a semifredo of some flavour I can't remember and chocolate shot.
