Drawing class

Today is the first day I've set foot out of the house for ages, due to my under-the-weatherness. Felt a lot better today so headed up to Belfast for drawing class.

So here is a lesson in smudginess. The two little drawings at the top/side were 'before Cilla' and the main one is 'after Cilla'. Cilla (my teacher) makes smudges count! The Ards Man thinks the smudgy version is more 3-D and I think he's right.

It's just a bit of a bummer when your teacher rubs all your artfully carefully positioned charcoal work and makes you start again .....

A lesson in perseverance.
