Flatbread perfection
After years of trying, I've finally nailed the perfect flatbread. Warm, floury and crisp on the outside. Quite honestly, I couldn't be more delighted with myself.
In other news: normal levels of productivity have resumed, which I am also quite delighted about. It was a pleasant day in the office with the audible sound of keyboards tapping and the imagined sounds of brains creatively whirring. It's always a highlight of the day when Andy asks if we want to hear the song he's written for our primary school lessons. Never a disappointment.
A perfect flat white (as only G&Co can make it) with CS where we were momentarily distracted by somebody struggling to pick up a five pound note without falling over.
A delightful Skype with Alison in South Africa to talk about her wedding photography. Apart from the obvious challenge of correctly exposing a mixed race couple, I'm really looking forward to their big day. Hopefully she can work up to a good tan by then! Sadly, they're getting married in Yorkshire, not South Africa, so no expenses paid trip to the sun for me. Jokers.
