Creating a village on the Web...

...we met with this inspiring 84 years old today. She is setting up a website for older people for exchanging life-stories, for social interactions, etc, to address the problems of social isolation and loneliness. She said to me 'I want to create a village on the Web' - what she implied was that she is keen to set up a village like close knit community.

I gave her a demo of Blipfoto. She was very impressed.
