Hufflepuff the Partridge

Weather has been wild today. This wee partridge who visits several times a day was not happy. It has lost its 2 mates and often sits on our wall calling out. Breaks my heart! It ended up huddled beside our roller/chimnea/sculpture thing in the garden next to the house all puffed up against the wind. Poor wee thing. I do love the partridges.... So beautiful. Fingers crossed it stays warm tonight and finds its friends soon.
