I am with Virgin Media and have been for over a decade after a superb falling out with BT. 

I love Virgin Media, we get cable and its quick and it works and they answer their phones. 

Then I bought a MacbookPro. The Pro hates Virgin's Superhub 2ac. And the Superb hates the Pro. They are in a permanent sulk with results in wifi drop outs constantly. 

The worse thing is, as this photo shows you, I DO intermittently get awesome download speeds. So right now I am really hating both my Pro and my Superhub.
