Gym and Dance

For the second year running I was asked to photograph the Gym and Dance display at the school. It was no easier than last year.  Fast moving gymnasts, often dressed in near-black outfits, in very poor lighting conditions: very difficult to get sharp pictures even with the ISO wound up high.  The dancers were a little easier because their outfits were often bright and colourful (as here) and the movements were slower or more predictable, with several set poses.

Still, the PE department were happy with last year's shots, so I hope they will be happy again this year.
