Making Friends

It was midday before Maisie and I got out for our walk today. It was a brilliant sunny day and quite hot. We kept to the shade of the trees at the Taylor Dam. Once at the lake we came across a nice lady called Delphine having a quiet little picnic at the water's edge. There she was, enjoying the sunshine, eating her lunch and doing a crossword. That's the life! Maisie made friends straight away looking for a snack of course.
