The Beach

The waves were wild tonight!  

Our photography club met down at the beach to shoot the waves using long exposure.  Unfortunately, the sun was shining brightly for most of the time which didn't help to get the shutter speed down.  I had my neutral density on but even then it wasn't totally successful.  
As the sun set the colours brightened and reflected on the water.
A good turnout of members which is just great. 

Doug & I took to the bikes this morning, quite chilly first thing, but by the time we got home 2 hours later the temperatures were rising into the mid twenties.  Very nice conditions, no wind which is very important for me.

OldTimer popped in this afternoon for a chat and we enjoyed catching up on the news.
