Alpe D'Huez

Four of us have been training for and looking forward to a mass participation cyclosportive called 'La Marmotte' in the French Alps.
This was a more leisurely trip up Alpe D'Huez the day before the event.
I'm sure we wouldn't look or feel so jolly in 24 hours time coming up the same mountain after over 100 miles will be in our legs!
