Small Pond Abstraction

Yesterday, I noticed that the
pond had begun, once again,
to freeze up.  I looked more
closely and found this interesting
"freeze" pattern.  Note the tile
pattern at the bottom of photo.
Nature designed that with falling
snow and freezing temperatures.
I love its patterning.
