High mill

Had an early morning ride this morning was up and out by 7:30 ,it was a lovely ride to Bolton Abbey with the sun streaming through the over hanging trees .
Met up with some fellow blippers at the cow and calf last night it was nice to see the people behind the blips ,Sparten has spurred me on to get back in shape as he is like a greek god of fitness ,
The pic today is looking up the River Wharfe at Addingham from the foot bridge towards the old high mill.
