Early morning at the port

I walked up to the top of Mt Pleasant in the dark this morning, although there was some moonlight.  The days are drawing in now, and the sun didn't get up until I got home again.  Not helped by a thick bank of cloud in the east.  There wasn't a lot of activity down in Lyttelton, but the lights form an appealing pattern (well, to me, anyway).

I did photograph some colour in the sky as I walked down the road, but it didn't last long, and then my camera battery died.  Luckily I didn't miss anything good!
