Marching on

Life feels manic already, and I've only just got home. I think it might be my lot in life. It's not a bad lot.

Today we had some enjoyable management training. I do believe much of management skill is innate interpersonal intelligence and natural communications style, and there are therefore some people who will never make good managers and therefore on whom a course like this would be somewhat wasted, yet it was great to debate issues around management with the collective experience in the room. I get a buzz from group discussions like this. Peer support in our organisation is one of the best things about it.
