What better way to spend World Book Day than with inspiring librarians from all over the world?

Privileged to speak at the Edge Global Conference in Edinburgh today - and especially to hear some of the fantastic inputs from Australia, Denmark and...Leeds. Yep, Leeds Library. Doing some of the most powerful and moving work with children and young people with autism and their families. And I got to the meet the Autistic Gardener from Channel 4 as well - Alan Gardner - what a wondrous human.

All that, and the tables at the gala dinner and awards were named after children's books - genius! These librarians are a smart bunch...
