Snow day

I took advantage of our first real snow day ...

to stay in and do some more stitching.

Ha ha, as if I needed an excuse.

This time last year I went to a free motion embroidery workshop run by Jo Hill, in Staffordshire, but this is the first time I've had a proper go at it since then.
The bird on the left has a bit of a gammy leg!
