Bugs

The usual night, up loads, awake early. Grant kindly feeling a little better sat with the kids whilst I tried to catch a bit more sleep. Grant feeling horrendous still but thankfully keeping down his meds so will start improving.
Sammy came out of school saying his tummy hurt, he's had sickness and diarrhoea all this afternoon.
I feel very sick now.
I hope the kids sleep and we get past this quickly.
I dunno what's wrong with us?!
