Wine time

After a very busy day in Cheshire I was tired when I got home, especially when driving in horrendous conditions. Had planned a run but flopped on the sofa. Did a sweaty HIIT workout and abs. Shower, dressing gown and wine. Guess it's preparing my liver for debauchery in Manchester tomorrow with my bestie.
