Thank you

A good friend of mine had an appointment for a scan at a large hospital about a dozen miles away. She was going to drive herself, but I offered to take her, partly for moral support and partly because the hospital parking is a nightmare.

After I got home, these arrived from her husband to say thank you. How kind - but totally unnecessary, because that's what friends are for.
