Tide's out
They woke up to snow in Yorkshire and Lancashire this morning, but there was none here, despite the weather warnings!
Down to Alnmouth straight after work with MrM and Louie, so Louie could have his afternoon walk on the beach. The wind was whipping up the sand - daren't get the camera out of its case until we'd walked round to the estuary, where it's quite sheltered. In to Alnwick to stock up on groceries, and then for fish & chips, or - in my case - scampi and mushy peas.
A real 'wow' moment this evening, at around 8.25pm, when we were travelling back from Alnwick on the A697. A large, bright meteor - at least that's what we assume it was - shot from south to north on its way down to Earth!
