What a day.......

......was had here!! R had arranged a baking & pasta making day today with R. She was our neighbour until a couple of months ago. They worked hard making baguettes & focaccia. Then she showed us pasta making. That was fun....! We had spinach & ricotta ravioli for lunch, also making tortellini, spaghetti, tagliatelle & lasagne sheets!
