you know sometimes a day - just needs to be simple - and easy - noncomplicated (if that's even a word) - because everything around you seems to be - or feel, chaotic - plus wouldn't ya know, i had yet another clutzy moment - wherein i tripped and had a minor fall - sheesh i tell you it's becoming rather scary - where i think perhaps something is off - with my balance - anyway, all is good, no injury or boo-boo's to speak of - just a bit off my game and i was very protective of my - elbow so as not to re-injure it
