Murray Cruise

We are continuing to have a fabulous time on our Murray River cruise.

It is such a great group of people. We only meet every few years but everyone is so comfortable and relaxed with each other.
Several partners came for the first time last reunion, to test the water I think, and they are all back as keen as us.

We are really impressed with the boat. The food and accommodation is very good and there are only 3 other couples besides us and they have fitted in really well.

It's fairly hot, high 30s, but not unpleasant being on the water, and certainly made a dip in the river this afternoon very enjoyable.
We are now moored for the night and about to go ashore for a BBQ.

This picture is of an Australasian Darter bird, also known as a snakebird due to its long slender neck.
