Frosty sparkles

I was up early, seems to be the norm at the weekends!

I decided I wanted to get out and try and grab a frosty blip. Mr C and Ruby came too and Mr C took his new Canon. He is a point and shoot man.... I'm not criticising, just observing and I am by any means not much better but, because of blip, I have become so much more aware of trying to get 'the right angle, look, light' etc. I also was allowed to use the camera to take a couple of shots (generally the ones down low because of Mr Cs dodgy knee!!) but as yet he hasn't uploaded them so I'm not sure how they turned out. If any good I will add extras later.

I took lots of moss (again...I have loved discovering these tiny little forests!!), sugar coated leaves and frosty grass but I quite like the sparkles on this recently chopped beech tree trunk.

Mr C has just taught me how to play backgammon, which I bought him for Christmas, quite enjoyable and very civilised ;-)

Now for a chilled Saturday ..... Enjoy ;-)
