Freedom

Sourdough bread, baked at Freedom Bakery. Located at HMP Lowmoss, on the outskirts of Glasgow, it aims to reduce reoffending with bread. Prisoners learn a wide range of baking skills, and are required to keep up with the orders. They bake on the inside, and sell on the outside.

I bought my loaf at the Harvest Co-op at Shawlands Cross.
