Sorry

I spent the day clearing out my greenhouse ready for this season's seed-sowing extravaganza. In the process I found this little fellah. I fear I woke him from hibernation as he didn't move for quite some time and kept blinking in the sunlight. I felt dreadful to have cut short his sleep.

He's just a young Lacerta viridis and will eventually look like this if survives having been woken so abruptly.
