Such skill!

I do admire some of the beautiful craft work in some of the countries I visit. This pattern is in the centre of a papier mache tray I bought in Myanmar. I watched the whole process from making the basic structure of the tray, to painting the designs and then a lacquer was applied. I do hope some of the wonderful skills do not die out or become mass produced as the tourist trade develops.
