Casper and Claire

We drove over to Whipsnade this morning to see Cousin Claire and her new baby, Casper. I took my camera and all my lenses thinking I would be able to put all my portrait-taking practice to good use and get an amazing portrait of the two of them to take to camera club next week.
In reality, taking a photo in front of D, his Uncle & Aunt, cousins, 2nd cousins and professional photographer, Claire, made me go all nervous and flustered. I ended up with a couple of rushed shots with cluttered backgrounds and bad lighting.
I soon packed the camera equipment away in favour of a super long cuddle with the baby.
It was great to see them all and to see Claire, a beautiful and natural mother doing an amazing job with gorgeous Casper.
