Ashton Memorial

Visited Hannah today and before we went for lunch we went for a walk in Williamson park to see the Ashton memorial.
It was built by millionaire industrialist Lord Ashton between 1907 and 1909 in memory of his second wife at a cost of £80.000.
My hubby said he will build me a memorial similar to this......on Arthur's Pike!
