Snow?!

Woke up to quite a heavy snowfall and thought I was in for a snow day - woo hoo! Contacted colleagues and found no snow elsewhere, to my great dismay, so went into work.

Before setting out, in mid blizzard, I sent a whole school text out to ask the parents to be aware of the chance of an early closing if the bad weather and snow persisted. Then I set off.

Blip is the completely snow free countryside before I got to work - how much of a tree did I look like I'd dropped out of?! What a numpty!

Luckily, the snow then came down in buckets mid morning causing complete chaos, so we shut early anyway - bonus plus I now look like a clairvoyant!!!
