Mono Monday 110: Leap

It's leaping about like a lunatic that has brought this treatment down on Echo, as he slipped and his leg shot out under the gate of his pen. In my extra I've shown his wound. Be thankful that it's Mono Monday because it's not a sight for the squeamish. As he's a handful ( don't let his demure appearance fool you ) topical applications and bandages are impossible, so the vet recommended washing and stimulating the wound with a jet of cold water daily.

The 'accident' happened several days ago, and you know you're going to have to steal yourself when you get a text from your afternoon boss before you get there saying " don't panic, we know about Echo's leg, the vet has been ".

You can also know that Echo truly has form, as when the vets were contacted and he was named as the patient, they sent a vet who had never met him before because those that had, suddenly had reasons why they couldn't make the visit!
