Have you ever tried reading a Supreme Court judgement? - especially one which is tied in with another judgement.
126 pages of legal jargon.
Also connections between the Supreme Court and how it ties in with The Court Of Session, CoS judgements, appeals referred to the Supreme Court, English companies and their standing in Scotland, etc., etc., etc..
