A Ghost , Cartoon , What ?

Today I enjoyed  hours catching up with a friend. Then it was time to part and move on to meet with a second friend .The light was going and as I approached the SBahn bridge I saw this image. .He had to be my blip of the day.It's a late visit to the laptop and  who knows some one on Blip may know who or what it is . Tomorrow a long sleep in and then catch up on journals .Meanwhile I leave you with my strange eblip .
