Residence

This is Kirkstall Brewery Hall of Residence.
I've often wondered at the wisdom of having a hall of residence overlooking the canal. The windows open, but not much, and there are white stickers on them - presumably saying something along the lines of "don't even think about it...."

Mind you, mostly it reminds me of the Tower, which isn't great, either
