All about snow, sun and skiing today...

...after yesterday's washout!
We started the day in rain, and more in hope than expectation. A great day followed - early start, lots of fun-filled runs and apart from one 20minute queue a superb day on skis! And even then the Canadian queues are so polite compared to European ones - a random guy even told Roy off for catching his ski as we shuffled forward in ranks of 4... he should try skiing in Chamonix... The sun came out and stayed with us - what's not to like? We even finished the day on a single diamond black - and it was so good we had to go up and do it again. Tired legs and a beer now!
Today's blip is from the restaurant where we had a coffee to let the queues die down and the sun make its mind up.  The tables show the 32cm of snow that fell last night - they would normally be spread out across the terrace.
