Circulate, Respirate

Woke up at some ungodly hour to leave Cyberjaya for work back in Malacca. Invigilating exams has to be the most unproductive way to spend one's time.

Yoga was refreshing, and challenging. Muscles seem to have seized up from 3 months of neglect. Also, a degree of fear seems to creeped in when going on my head.

Highlight of the day: revising with niece for her test on Circulatory and Respiratory Systems. My memory of what I learned in school seems to be intact!
