Tulips
Within a day the tulips opened from a reddish bud to a full flower. These here are some local (greenhouse) ones and look somehow a bit more 'authenthic' than their colleagues produced in even larger scales. I think it is ok to have some yellow, rusty spots on the leaves.
The shot was taken with my favourite 'oldtimer' lens, which is now approx. 40 years old and was a good buy on the internet. It is a Pentax K Prime Lense, the SMC 55mm F1.8, a joy to hold in the hand with an incredible smooth focussing ring ... and fully manual (aperture, shutter speed and focus).
