Weightlifter

Spent today, Mother's day, at a Gym watching a round of a Weightlifting Competition.  Gosh - what weights these big fellows lift. Amazing! It was great fun and now I know what to expect I'll go better prepared if there is another one!
Went out for lunch too.... delicious meal with friends. 
Home to find another bunch of flowers waiting for me... how lucky am I?
