Bathroom before

Tomorrow our bathroom tiles will disappear and be replaced by sparkly white aquabord. This is to save the hassle of trying to keep the tiles attached to the wall. We are also replacing the shower, which has leaked for a while.

Most of my day was spent blogging and changing travel arrangements to allow me to deliver a keynote speech in London on a day that was previously assigned to annual leave in West Sussex.

Exercise today: Victoria park run in 29'04" (not good - my record is 25'26").
