I was here

I've had a lovely day marshalling at the longhorn running event. There was a 60k ultra, marathon, half marathon, 10k and 5k so a distance to suit everyone.

I was out on the first drink and feed station of the course, making sure the runners got encouragements, drink and food where needed. The weather was interesting with sunshine (but cold) and then snow and hail.

It was a long but good day.

I am now feeling very sick so time for bed.
