Busy few hours.

Had a lovely lie in this morning, and then sat and had a cuppa with Mom as it's mothers day. Her and Dad are off on their holidays today, which is why we went out for lunch yesterday.
After spending ages talking about what we were going to do today Stu and I decided to go to the house and do a few hours. I'm really glad we did, as we have taken down the ceiling in the front bedroom. There was a massive hole in it where the roof had leaked, and we were going to just plasterboard over it, but by ripping the ceiling down we have been able to clear loads of junk out of the loft. We have cleared out loads of old insulation, carpets, rugs, three pictures, a cot, a bike bag and years of dust. There is still loads of junk and two more ceiling to come down but I'm glad we have decided to do it.
I think we need to get a move on though as the man at the tip today commented about how long it was taking us. He said we have been going there for ages, and he thought we would be finished by now.
Headed home, showered and then off to Stus Mom and Dad's for a lovely Chinese takeaway.
