Home Made Granola
The main focus of today was our 'board meeting' to do our accounts for January and February and to review our progress for the year to date against budget. It's a new, stricter discipline for us (and quite exciting actually!) and our meeting took 5 and a 1/2 hours! We did well in some areas, but an unexpected phone bill from our time in Brasil in January took a fair bit of the shine away from our recent eating in project. Anyway, it feels good to be in more control and next month will be better.
My blip's of the homemade granola we made tonight. A first for us! It smells wonderful, will last a month and is full of goodness. Ingredients include: rolled oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, cashew nuts, sultanas, dried cranberries, apricots, coconut butter, honey and maple syrup. Looking forward to tomorrow morning!
