Speedwell

These are pretty enough but if you have a real lawn, which we do not!, they are a nuisance. Anyway, I found these two near the clothesline this morning. Round here it is known as wayside speedwell, Veronica polita. It is not native and there are no prizes for guessing where it came from!

A very windy day. We spent a lot of time getting the tiller home from I's. Fortunately our SiL appeared and was an enormous help. So it is now home and hopefully we can get it going. I don't use it any more and it will probably be sold.
